a spot of news more newsworthy than most of our posts recently. museo has acquired a 5 kilo ambex drumroaster, which will allow us to start bringing in some very unique origin coffees. although our roastery location has yet to be announced, you can rest assure we will not be moving from our Mendel location, and we will be carrying 49th for the foreseeable future. Our next store concept will be more focused on coffee.

as for our roaster, we decided on a smaller than average roaster in order to better justify roasting high end microlot coffee. we chose ambex, admittedly not the most common choice, but we plan on tricking it out with an array of custom thermo probes and other measurement and adjustment tools.
