enter the roaster
our roaster has finally gone from testing to production. we currently are offering a few origins and our espresso blend and decaf blend will be hitting our shelves by march 10th. we are pleased to say, we will also be offering our decaf espresso and single origin in 225g/8oz portions. based on customer feedback, most of you are finding it difficult to use the 3/4lb portion up within a week.
our origin list for now is the following:
sulawesi toarco jaya (indonesia)
wollega leka wato (ethiopia)
rushashi duhingekawa (rwanda)
nyeri ichamara (kenya)
we are particularly happy with how our espresso has been performing under our lab analysis - something that I think will please coffee lovers not just in saskatoon, but across canada. heavy, heavy caramel sweetness, chocolate, orange, cedar. while we are going to wait to march 10th for the whole bean rollout, we will be periodically featuring it in our cafe until then!

-Closed January 7th
-Open 9-5 until January 16th
